Every item of clothing is made to order and to avoid any unnecessary cost to you or I, please check you have the correct size before purchasing, using the link at the bottom of the website. Thank you 🙂


I operate a 14 days (21 days for international orders) return policy. If 14 days have gone by since the time of dispatch, I can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, I will require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


If you need a refund for an item, simply send me an email at with the subject “refund” and include your order reference number in the email. In order to receive a refund, you must return your item in its original packaging with the receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at


I can only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, If you need to exchange an item due to any of the reasons above, I can get a replacement sent out free of charge, send us an email at


If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
